Beer Butt Chicken Recipe courtesy of Grilling America, by Rick Brown (2003 ReganBooks). Served it for the in-laws and it was a hit. Make sure to keep the coals hot and pull the bird when the internal temp hits 150 degrees. Let rest of course - enjoy!
