Setting up your ExactTarget account.

1. Make sure your account has the API service. If you are an agency and have sub/child accounts, the API service will need to be added to each account.
2. Have your ExactTarget rep set you up with an API username and password for your parent or child API account. This is completely different than the dev portal account they tell you to create.
